Hi You can take a normal diet But make sure that it's not so much heavy that it creates problem even while sleeping. Take normal balanced diet. A sample dinner diet can be : Salad + any sabji + 1-2 roti + rice ( one small katori) Water intake in a day should be 10-12 glasses.
