Gud morning,yes ofcourse its very much essential to have a healthy balanced diet along with concentrating on lifestyle modification if u r not following properly that needed to be corrected by u only like adequate sleep in night no late night sleeping,stress reduction if u have any kind of stress try to reduce it by doing mind relaxation yoga or meditation in early morning or evening time whichever time convenient for u for 20mins ,drink atleast 3ltrs of water per day including other liquid food items like milk,plain butter milk,fruit smoothies etc.Lifestyle modification is also crucial to maintain a healthy body n mind.

Depends upon your height and weight .but yes you hv to take high protein diet as your body needs more protein for muscle gain, for recovery after strenuous exercise .
