Hi, it depends on person to person. Also you can chew a chewing gum to enhance its activity. Try to Keep your rubber bands in fridge when not in use. That will improve its elasticity.

The time we can really see a difference varies from patient to patient Having said that in most cases we see some amount of desired changes in the initial couple of months itself. We only recommend removing the elastics for brushing and having your food so it is supposed to be worn almost all the time.
