Round or map-like rashes on the body
For 2 months, there are round or map-like rashes on the body Which appear when scratched,I So far, I have taken calamine lotion, medrol 4, Allegra 180, and Bilacheck 20, but only Bilacheck 20 gave me relief, but only as long as I take it. Please suggest me some good medicine so that I can get relief. This also causes swelling of the eyes and lips.

As per your history and photograph (not clear though), it appears to be Urticaria. It needs to be examined, cause need to be searched and your medical history is to be thoroughly reviewed. As long as the current treatment is concerned, all is good until the cause is found.
Next Steps
Visit the clinic for better understanding of your disease.

Based on your history and description, this appears suggestive of chronic urticaria (chronic hives). The rash that appears after scratching and the associated swelling of the lips or eyelids (angioedema) are typical features. Antihistamines like Bilacheck (bilastine) giving relief also supports this diagnosis. Next Steps • Continue Bilastine 20 mg once daily for a few weeks as advised by a physician. • Avoid known triggers such as dust, certain foods (seafood, nuts), stress, temperature changes, or painkillers like NSAIDs if they worsen symptoms. • Maintain a symptom diary to identify possible triggers. • If symptoms persist beyond 6 weeks or swelling episodes increase, consult a dermatologist/allergist for further evaluation and possible adjustment of antihistamine dosage. Helpful Tips / Word of Caution: • Chronic urticaria is usually not dangerous but can be recurrent and may require longer treatment with antihistamines. • Seek immediate medical help if there is severe swelling of the lips, tongue, throat, or difficulty breathing.

Hi there young lady. I note your detailed history and the pics furnished. However just treating the symptoms with antihistamines is not going to address the primary problem. More details on your medical, personal, family history etc will need to be addressed together with a search for an allergen triggering this be it food or dust or pollen. This may also require some tests as deemed necessary after a thorough history is taken. It would probably be best to connect for the same using this App's INSTANT ONLINE Consultation 🙏 Or any other App linked to my Practo profile eg Apollo 24/7 .
Health Tips
Avoid OTC products, home remedies, self medications and Dr Google's suggestions 🙏
