Doctor is asking for us to go for dental cap after Root Canal Treatment. Is it mandatory to have caps after RCT.

Yes it is mandatory to go for cap after root canal treatment because After rct your tooth loose its moisture and it becomes brittle due to which it can get fracture due to chewing forces
So to avoid this condition cap are required

Yes, definitely you need to go for a cap after Root canal, because cap protects your root canal treated teeth from fracture... You must go for cap to save your teeth, only root canal will not complete your treatment... There are varieties of cap available..... Go for strong cap like zirconia...

Hi..yes it is mandatory for anybody undergoing root canal in the world. Tooth might fracture without cap

If it is a molar tooth then yes it is important to do a crown. In some cases like lower premolar teeth it can be avoided
