And now in an exray when they check my infection became so less and doctor told me infection it will. Go by it own and now sir my problem is  in that place where they done a stitching I have a minor swelling in that affected place and doctor told me do. Only a salt water rinse gargle and do a mouth wash  it will reduce swelling by it on..

As you say that surgery has done only 7 days before, Post suturing swelling is normal. Sincere advice is to follow the dentist instruction and if you have any confusion ask directly the treating dentist as he know your case better. We can only tell you after seeing your x-ray and previous history. Regards.

Post surgical wound might take a while to heal. Do not worry, itl take some time. The infection you see on the xray is the area without bone. Itl take few months for the bone to fill in. Itl be normal if you repeat the xray after few months. If you have no pain now, you should be fine.
