Root canal 3rd time
Attaching my report here, this is 3rd rct and no relief. Having pain in root apex. What should i do - tooth extraction or apicoectomy. Few are suggesting for tooth extraction. My age is 27 and this reports are of front tooth which got damaged during an accident long back. How can i get rid of this problem.

Chandani at ur age saving the tooth is of utmost importance.since it's from trauma ,which can cause chronic infection in adjacent teeth also plz  do visit the dental office for further discussion.

U r having pain because of overextended filling go for apicoectomy it will definitely cure your problem don't go for extraction

GM ; Saving the tooth be it front or back is mandatory. This infection can be taken care of two ways; Root canal treatment with special materials or apicoectomy. Problem is at the root apex; need to clear infection from there wether doing from the tooth or opening bone and root apex. I believe in conservative treatment;  this tooth deginetly can be saved they proper root canal treatment, you can contact me if you wish for consultation.

Considering your age, it would be highly recommended that you go for procedures which can save the tooth...... apicectomy should be attempted first and should be done by an oral surgeon only..... if unfortunately that fails, extraction would be the last option and tooth replacement by implants can be suggested at that point..... Regards....

Do you have swelling ? Apicoectomy may solve your problem if not then you have to go for extraction .
