My right shoulder is paining since one year... The pain was very mild.... Slowly it increased to higher level... What can be the cause and how can it be cured ?

Pain in shoulder includes various reason .So go for complete assesement.
For time being u can use moist heat pad.
If u have any desk job then adjust your computer on your eyesight level.
Dont sit in a single position for prolong time.

Hello mam, your pain could be due to so many reasons. It could be due to radiating pain from the neck , any history of diabetes or due to wear and tear from daily works.
1) do hot water fermentation on side,front and back of the shoulder.
2) raise your hand straight at shoulder as high you can from front and sideways or you can do finger ladder.
3) you can use pulley at home.
Do as much as you can 10- 20 repetitions morning and evening
