Right shoulder Pain
I had an accident 4 years back and fell on my right hand. After that till date my hand is paining when I play or raise my hand to its max limit. But when i dont do anything or when i do usual work or when i work out it does not pain. Just raising the hand and when i play cricket it pains

It seems ur pain may be in the shoulder which possibly can happen due to muscle tears within. A thorough assessment of shoulder and right arm & hand will reveal the reason for pain to be continuing.

After assessment treatment can be made. It looks like frozen shoulder. Manual exercises can help increase in range of shoulder movement.

There could be a partial tear of tendons in shoulder. Scapular strenghting exercises +core muscles strengthening+rotator cuff exercises by therabands. Visit an experienced physiotherapist for assistance
