I had an accident 4 years back and fell on my right hand. After that till date my hand is paining when I play or raise my hand to its max limit.
But when i dont do anything or when i do usual work or when i work out it does not pain. Just raising the hand and when i play cricket it pains

It seems ur pain may be in the shoulder which possibly can happen due to muscle tears within.
A thorough assessment of shoulder and right arm & hand will reveal the reason for pain to be continuing.
