I got an injury in my right ankle while playing soccer on 9th october 2016.I continue to play soccer even after that using a crepe bandage on to the ankle,but in december i felt that its too long for an ankle to heal after a sprain.I consulted to an orthopedic,he called for a X-RAY,nothing was found in X-RAY,then he wants me to go for MRI and i went for MRI on 22 feb 2017 and it was found that i got a partial ligament tear (40-50%) in my tibio calcaneal ligament and a minimal injury in my tibio talar ligament and mild effusion in inside bump of my ankle.so i want to know if i get properly heal or not and how much time will it take and what should i do and about diet i should take

Hi you need to go vigorous ankle rehabilitation. Consult a sports physiotherapist. It will take complete six months to heal and rehabilitation. Seems to be functional instability would have set in by now.
