Hello, i have noted your concern, Pain in chest or epigastric region in young adults is usually due to acid reflux, esophagitis, due to exteme cough, any trauma or injury to the chest, pleuritis pain, any muscle strain after heavy weight lifting and it could be due to heart and lung related issues
Next Steps
If it is bothering you i suggest please go and get it evaluated for heart and lung related issues specifically to rule out any heart disease which might need an intervention to treat the cause of pain you are feeling.
