Health Tips
1. Initially try reducing the intake of alcohol rather than stopping it at once ie cutback a little each day. 2. Set a budget and spend only limited amount on the alcohol purchase. 3. Have a lower-strength drink-Cut down the alcohol by swapping strong beers or wines for ones with a lower strength 4. Take a break- Have several drink-free days each week. 5. Stay hydrated-Have a glass of water before you have alcohol and alternate alcoholic drinks with water or other non-alcoholic drinks.
