Jealousy,uneasiness, overthinking&anger
18/F.I am in relationship for about 2½year. My partner teases me( as he says he is just teasing) saying your friend is beautiful, hot,her lips are sexy after watching my friends pictures. Also earlier when we fight he threats me that he'll talk another girls now. Now he told me he saw a girl with whom he had eye contacted while crossing the road her eyes were hypnotizing. Anytime things like these happen they hurts me alot. But if i ever said anything like these he tells me you'll(me)regret it later.I am fully changed for him.He tells me he loves me alot and can't cheat me etc. Because of all this I've lost all my confidence, i doubt him when he dosen't talk to me, i overthink alot and unable to forget all this. I cry everyday. Is this normal behavior? Do i need counseling?

try to explain your feelings to him and make him understand your emotions and thoughts( take help of counselor incase if you are not able to communicate your thought to him). if he still persists the same behavior then its better not to continue the relationship. in many young relationships this happens vice-versa. i understand that you need some proper communication tips in explaining your feelings to him. i hope you are not emotionally dependent on him. if that is the case. please make yourself independent
Next Steps
Take Relationship building counseling

Hi dear Glad u reached out. From what u have shared it seems like you are struggling to trust Him. I can imagine that it hurts u when he teases u and plays with ur feelings. Seems like u really care alot about him and want this relationship to work. I would like to help u and see what are the dynamics of ur relationship. How have u two been communicating and expressing ur thoughts and feelings to one another freely ? Ultimately that’s the basis of any healthy bond. If something hurts u .. do u have the space to communicate that and are u well understood by him and vice versa ?

Hi, First I would like to answer to your questions ... Yes you need counselling from a Clinical Psychologist ... and no its not a normal behaviour because when in relationship your partner will never say such things to make you feel miserable when though you don’t like it. Relationship doesn’t ask you to change yourself instead accept you the way you are completely. In any relationship when you don’t have trust ob your partner, you are losing yourself and the love has to be proven at all times is not a good relationship. This seems to be a toxic relationship where you are not able to leave him but are not able to stay with him also causing conflict within you resulting in to negative automatic thought.
Next Steps
I would advise you to consult a Clinical Psychologist. I’m available on Practo, you can consult me as well.

What you're feeling is completely normal on your part may be because you're actually very serious about the relationship and your partner might not be. In case you both are equally serious about each other then we need to sit with both of you and make you people understand what things can hamper the relationship. In case you are still not able to handle the emotional pressure or having such disturbances then  might need to go for a few sessions to understand the reality and find ways to overcome.
Health Tips
Have a clarity in relationship if it is real or a casual one

Hello, It is completely normal to feel jealous when your partner keeps telling you those stuff. I would like to know how confident are you about this relationship. You might be taking this relationship more seriously than him which may cause you to sometimes feel insecure. If he understands that it is upsetting you then he needs to stop telling you this stuff. He doesn't deserve you if he can threaten to leave you. Take Care
Health Tips
Kindly don't let this person turn you into something you are not. Remember to love yourself first.
