Avoid junk food as much as you can. Instead try to munch on healthy snacks. Include fruits, green vegetables, dry fruits in your diet. And 15-20 mins exercise is necessary to get rid of other problems.

Hi your report looks fine. Your chest pain is most likely due to the junk food which may be giving you acidity and gas.

Hi Your lipid profile report looks absolutely normal...and need not worry on that part.. Coming to your chest pain...you may have developed acidity or gastritis due to which you are prone to chest pain etc... Since you are still only 21 yrs of age..you can develop good eating habits and healthy lifestyle choices .. Don't s: No to outside foods, no to spicy, masala, over salty foods, no to instant ready to eat foods, processed and packaged foods, no to junk , fast foods etc.. Include:- Fresh fruits and vegetables in season , well balanced meals, plenty of water around 8 to 10 glasses per day, good eating habits at regular intervals, good sleeping habits, exercises like walking, yoga, or any... For acidity or gatritis especially have buttermilk, coconut water, cold milk when pain is intense, etc.. It seems okay. Pain may be due to another N number of reasons. Yes cardio exercise are good for you. You should take high fibre food for sometime that will help you for proper detoxification of the body

Report showing norma. Ur symptoms are related to gastric,acidity.due frequent eating of junkfoods. So avoid the junkfood,oily spicy foods. Eat plenty of vegetables cooked,fruits and greengram sprouts. In all ur meals. Drink enough water. Buttermilk is good 200 ml /day Avoid coffe tea . Walk,yoga,exercise for an hour atleast everyday. Sleep atleast for six hrs at night leisurely .l
