Hi There is no diet for spot reduction but you can eat proper well balanced diet and exercise properly on that particular part everyday  ,that will help.

For reducing belly fat follow three main things like healthy diet,exercise and walk early morning and evening. Take high fibre food in ur diet.add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet.add planty of water . avoid oily and fried food. Apply oil and gel for message and cream for tightening on the perticular part of the body.

With regard  to nutrition Include  small meals at frequent  intervals Include whole cereals, whole pulses, dark green  leafy vegetables, other vegetables, fruits, Limit intake of simple carbohydrates, sugar,processed foods, bakery products,soft drinks etc Include brisk walking  for atleast 45 minutes everyday
