When there are trust issues in a relationship it can create judgment and fear. Over time, suspicions and doubts about the relationship may grow. To be truly happy in a relationship, both individuals involved must be able to trust each other. At the beginning of the relationship, there is usually a lot of excitement and small transgressions are easily forgiven and set-aside.Once you get past the initial infatuation, however, and the relationship begins to blossom, you truly begin to learn where the relationship is headed, and a deep foundation of trust can begin to develop or diffuse.

It is advisable to get a one on one guidance from a neutral perspective from a therapist.. If possible, both of you take it. Or atleast, you can reach a professional to have some clarity and understanding about yourself and about your future life..

Hi... Pls start taking Counselling Sessions from a Psychologist. These issues take time to resolve and there is no standard procedure or suggestion. Every relationship is unique and we can't judge based on our morality and understanding. We need to understand your Psyche to help you find your own way. A therapeutic setting provides you a non-judgemental, comfortable and controlled environment, where you can freely share your doubts and issues. Where you can vent out your fears, anxiety, & stress and also plan your future course of action.

Wellness Greetings to you When human being is getting  trust issues ,it is not entirely the partners part alone but there are some things which one must analyse , where the insecurity has initially started . When one moves on from the previous relationship one must take their own time and deeply analyse , what went wrong and what were the chances they had so it would have worked if things were given some leniency. This makes us to get a clear vision on relationship and could avoid the history getting repeated to itself . If you think that you had the same trust issues in the previous relationship or just carried it as a scar from previous relationship , this is high time for you to talk to a professional and sort it out..
