For the past two decades, she has been taking depression medication and experienced weight gain during her 2017 trip to the USA, leading to knee pains.Initially motivated to lose weight, she's been trying various diets, but her self-interest diminished after returning from the USA last year, leaving her feeling disconnected. Recently, her friend shared that she desires intimacy but feels unfulfilled by her husband, resulting in a general lack of interest in activities. She is struggling with depression like symptoms and it's normal for her to prefer passive activities like movies and staying home rather than active pleasure seeking tasks. Though for her improvement she requires taking such active rewarding activities like going out and having physical activity. Having understanding towards her struggle and knowing her preference some activities can be inculcated in her schedule which is preferred by her. Consulting a psychologist and psychiatrist will be highly beneficial with her struggle. Hoping for her good health.
