Hello Dr. Actually I have 28 days of cycle and I am trying to conceive for last 1 month and suddenly from day 22 (night)there is cramp (only for 2 days in pelvic area) spotting ,in which pad is not required but there is spotting whenever I go for pee it will come out,and today is day26 but still there is spot ( brownish with mucous ) .my period is not missed yet , i am having nauseous sometime,headache , lethargy,diziness.what are the chances of conceiving in this month?
