Please help me out with this. I get too stressed thinking about something especially when one does not respond to the context instead they just tell what they want to. And I get so irritated because of this due to which I get into an emotional stress and speak out which I am not suppose to. Also I want to be the same with my inner emotions as well. For example, my heart keeps telling what I am doing is wrong and I feel sorry but my brain says no what I am doing is correct. Indeed I could tell that I get two different thoughts at the same time. I just don't want this to effect my relationship.
