Regular Headaches
Get regular headaches when I do not consume food on time, consume less food than normal, also, face a lot of fatigue issues if I do regular exercise. Lack of concentration is also a problem, please suggest a doctor.

Thanks to refer; Dear sir; take more liquids like juices,soup in your regular diet. You also take more amounts of water;at least 3-4 litres per day.

You may have migraine problem contact your physician for the same. Try eat at regular intervals to avoid long gaps. Go for small 5 meal in a day rather than large 3 meals. Avoid strenuous exercise and activities. Try yoga. Contact a dietician to plan a well balanced dietary modifications for you. Thankyou & Healthy Regards from NUTRIFIT WELLNESS.
