Wheat Glutin is a prebiotic protenious substance which feed good bacterias in our body, Some people react differently to gluten, where the body senses it as a toxin, causing one’s immune cells to overreact and attack it. It's advisable not to listen more on advertisement, normal diet makes your life full of healthy smiles. For Customised Diet and exercise plan contact me online.

Hello,
It is not necessary to add. If the person is gluten intolerant only then use it, or there can be tolerance problems in non- intolerant individual.
