Don't trust on smartwatch so much . If you dont feel so or your body dont have changes like that. Visit nearby hospital to check pulse if you have phobia by smart watch.

Smart watches can alert us to things we wouldn’t have noticed otherwise. Keep monitoring using your watch and if the fast heart rates keep happening then get an ECG and Holter test and consult your local doctor. All the best. J G S R (Online) Clinic

A smartwatch showing 190 bpm once but you didn’t feel anything is most likely a watch reading error, especially if your average and minimum heart rates were normal (85 / 70 bpm). Smartwatches often show false spikes due to: Loose strap Sudden hand movement Poor sensor contact Sweaty/dirty sensor Signal drop When to worry? If you actually feel: Palpitations Chest pain Dizziness Shortness of breath Repeated high spikes above 160–180 without exercise Then you should get an ECG or Holter test. But one isolated 190 bpm spike without symptoms = almost always a watch error.

Consult a doctor physically and undergo an ECG to exclude tachycardia. The watch can be faulty.

Do not rely much on watch rate.  A normal person does have enhanced heart and pulse rate, while exercising, but it should not be so high. With a p.r. of 190bpm, you should have had  one or more symptoms like palpitations,  discomfort,  breathlessness.

It can be watch defect if you have abnormal readings without physical symptoms. At 150+ heartrate you'll have other symptoms such as restlessness and palpitations if you are not working out. So please check your pulse or heartbeat manually.

Heartrate more than 90 bpm is considered as Tachycardia or High heartrate. This normally happens when heart is under some stress- eg - while we exercise, during fever, during stress etc. Most of these scenarios patient will feel palpitation or feel heart is pumping hard. So if you havent experienced any such feeling, that is mostly a error recorded by the smartwatch. But as modern medicine has devoloped, for a check, I would advice you 1. To do an ECG (We can analyse the heart rate, rythm and any other patterns) 2. If you want a daily overall idea of heart rate, a test called as 24 hour Holter monitoring is available in any hospital with cardiology set up- This test records your heart rate for 24 hours (If needed)
Next Steps
No need to panic Continue with Routine life Do an ECG and update
