I have done urine analysis test and culture test..both r not matching.. what does it indicate.. please give any suggestion..here are my reports

Why do you say that the reports are not matching ?
You should ask the Pathologist to do a smear with centrifuged urine.
You should also get your Blood sugar levels done.
