Hello. There is no study proving that saline nasal spray prevents the fungal infection. Keep your surroundings clean. Avoid going near to plants for few days. Watch out for symptoms and if you observe any pls visit your nearby ENT specialist asap. Thank you

Nasal saline spray will just help in maintaining normal functioning of nasal mucosa and sinus ventilation apart from this there is no role in black fungus management , that being said there are other factors that are responsible for black fungus plz talk to ur ent doctor in detail

it is not a prophylactic medicine for black fungus.
it just helps in maintaining nasal hygiene so chances of deposition of fungus become less
