Dear doctor, I have a twins one boy and girl, both are having running noze and low sneezing. So can I gave them alerid drops . But I don't know the correct dosage or any medicine u suggest, pls guide

What is the age of the kids? You can use nasoclear drops 2 drops in both nostrils four to six times a day If their age is more than a year, can give syrup cetrizine(5mg/5ml) - dosage depends on age and weight
