  4. Preterm twin weight gain problem. Help.

Preterm twin weight gain problem
My preterm(32weeks)  twin boys (birth weight -1.5kg ) now are 23 months old and current weight is only 9kgs.. i give them all homemade food , ghee, fruits etc .. but still they aren't catching up on weight.. Otherwise they r active and happy babies . Pls help ..
