Regarding healthy weight
Hlo, sir or mam im 6 feet 2 inch tall guy  in morning i take boil water with honey lemon in empty stomach im in diet previously i was 110 kg by doing zyming 2 times, running 1 days 6 km everyday ANd completing 14000 steps including running and walking I lost my weight. Now I'm around 94 kg ... after coming from workout, I take half bowl of all mix fruits and can I take half avacado with a bluebeery in all fruits can we eat all fruits together ❤️ And for maintaining healthy liver and heart ❤️ I take beetroot carrot mix juice in my homemade No salt and sugar and ulternate day I take dab pani and orange juice and mosambi juices Take greentea 2 time 1 after breakfast 2 hours gap in breakfast I take oats .toned milk with honey Lunch I take multigrain atta 3 pcs boil vegetables with salad evening I go for running and than zyming too than I come take greentea and than after 1 hours gap I take dinner boil vegetables with salad multigrain 3 chapati roti Than go for brisk walking 30 min

Take home cooked meals comprising all nutrients macros and micros. Take good fats, carbs n protein. Limit all processed preserved packaged and outside food completely. Stop hard drinks and smoking if any. Take good water intake of atleast 3-4 lit a day. Alongwith the dietary changes, lifestyle modifications must be done like Physical activity for atleast 1 hour, time discipline should be fixed for all meals and other activities.
