Regarding chronic fissure
I am having internal anal fissure from last 4 month which was caused due to doctor intentionally pressing hard with his finger in my anal canal during proctoscopy (I was having no problem just had my proctoscopy done as my father underwent piles and fissure surgery).Though I have no bleeding but it causes needle like prick and burning sensation inside anal canal if I sit for too long..I again had proctoscopy after 4 months via ayurvedic doctor..He said I have acute anal fissure and grade one piles..Please suggest medicine for it
