Regarding acidity
I have been suffering from burping extreme burping or belching when i get up early i usually feel storng acidity. Whatever i ate the burping continously to come with the taste of that food. Today i have buy adven digex. Can i take it empty stomach early in the morining.

Hello, yes in most cases reflux creates inflammation of the intestine & pain. The acid is not the problem - as the acid secretion is essential for digestion. Also, the stomach is lined by specialized cells which prevents any damage due to the acid. But, if the stomach contents are refluxed upwards it creates inflammation - which causes pain, burning sensation. This reflux is due to Weak sphincter muscles. Taking antacid will not cure the reflux it just neutralizes the acid which even if refluxed will not be painful. But, taking antacids will cause poor digestion & later gas formation. I think it is gastric problem . You must have constipation and indigestion too.
