This is tharun, am living alone in Tamilnadu. I am. Managing to eat home food for 1 time and remaining in hotels. But, will try to reduce hotel food intake. Have taken cholesterol tests also. It's is in control only.

I realy happy to help you. If you want to reduce weight in healthy way you have to take balanced diet with some light exercise and yoga.
And also take advice or consultancy with experts not here and there. Not need to start exercise with cardio.
