Hello, an ideal weight for those with height 153 cm is about 48-50 kilos. However, considering the body goes through many changes after childbirth, even if you can lose upto 59 kilos, it will be great. To begin with remove all salt and sugar based foods, packaged foods, sauces and jams, etc. Avoid all maida based foods such as breads, biscuits and more. Instead snack on Fruits 2 times a day, include 1 cup of sprouts/pulses/egg/milk/curd after workout to help with protein absorption. Ensure you are eating your breakfast and lunch. For dinner, opt for boiled vegetables with curd or fruits and eat early. Keep drinking water through the day and you will be able to follow portion control.
Next Steps
Do not miss out on post workout protein.
Health Tips
Do not follow any fad diets or quick weight loss solutions.
