Its not compulsory that for reducing belly you must go to gym. That is a very wrong picture many people have in their mind. Firstly diet and then including any activity in your routine have importance. Substitute your eating habits such as taking water 5 or 10 mins before meals or any food. Then including salad or fruits prior to eating and lastly coming to carbohydrate part. Obviously when we follow such routine the intake of carbohydrates in diet will be minimised and indirectly that will help in toning your tummy. The most important thing is avoiding water at least up to 1 hour after eating, this has done wonders to people with heavy bodies. If the tummy area is really not pulling in then simple exercise routine can be started at home itself. But opting to any exercise consult any dietitian or training person. Because if the routine is not carried out properly that will cause bone and joint pains. The other important thing is 3 to 4 litres of water intake daily!
