Reduce belly fat & weight
Hi, I'm an IT professional working in this field from past 5yrs. I was very thin and after my marriage I started to put on weight especially the belly fat which makes me look like as if I'm pregnant. I have been married for a year now and I do all the household chores by myself without any domestic help. I feel that may be because of this overweight I'm also having lower back pain. I have consulted 3-4 ortho specialists but they said there is no problem at all after checking all my x-ray reports. Please suggest a remedy for losing belly fat.

Hello dear you come under sedentary Lifestyle Category as you are a IT professional beside doing household chores. You need to check your timings as well as quantity of food intake,your low calorie food should be divided into 3 main and 3 small meals including high fibre food like whole oulses,more green leafy vegetables and 10-12 glasses water in a day. Avoid high calorie ready made items and junk foods. Do specific lower abdominal exercises to reduce that portion.
