Best possible solution will be visiting nearby dentist and get dental check up and X ray done. Step two - find the Cause of problem Step three - solve the case by getting relevant treatment ranging from Scaling, Root canal or extraction. Only red swelling or pain might not be sufficient information to give opinion.
Next Steps

Hello Ma’am you need to get a professional consultation done to rule out and come to a final diagnosis of the disease. The red swelling is a broad term and can be due to various reasons like cavity which has extended to pulp and the infection has reached in the bone area which is trying to come out from gum area, or due to trauma/ ulceration / gingivitis/ periodontitis and much more. It is advisable not to try the antibiotics on your own if not prescribed by the professional. If you want we are available for a video consultation through this.
Next Steps
Do get a professional consultation done
Health Tips
Do warm saline rinses.
