Looks like Truncal acne, it is acne affecting the chest, back, or shoulders. It can be due to sweat, friction, hormonal changes, or oily skin. Treatment includes gentle cleansers, topical lotions, and sometimes oral medications if severe. Wear loose, breathable clothing and avoid heavy oils or gym wear for long hours.
