Red spot inside cheek since last night..
Hi Dr quite often I get these red spots inside cheeks with not much pain and goes away within a day or two. I had all 4 wisdom teeth taken out and getting such spots after the removal was done. Is it cheek bite, anything to worry? Thanks

These red spot may be keratosis lesions as a result of smoking/tobacco chewing/allergic food reactions. You can consult through this for prescription of medication and instructions on investigations.

Dear first of all we need more information about these spots i.e. these are on one or  both cheeks, other part of mouth except cheeks,  recurring at same location or changing every time and hard or soft on touching . 2nd as you are  IT professional, so plz check  duration, quality and timings of sleeping.3rd it can be due to deficiency of  some vital element  in diet, so plz start multiple vitamin ( most common A-Z). 4th as you removed  all 4 wisdom teeth but still it can happen due to other teeth also if there edges are sharp. You can check teeth adjacent to red spot by your fingers or tongue. Lastly it can be due to frequent hot food  and Beetel chewing habits.
