It's a chronic cheek bite. It is mostly due to impacted molar or sometimes due to sharp edges.Patient may go for night and apply gel to get relief. Also hot and spicy food may irritate the area so it's better to avoid such food till it subside

Hello mam Looks like a cheek bite due to third molar. This problem will persist until you get the cause (third milar) removed.

You can apply oraways gel ..don not eat or drink anything for at least half an hour after applying the gel.Take care.
