I have a red rash near to groin area on extreme side bottom of my testicles. There is no itching but hurts a lot.I guess its due to sweat. Also could notice a small cut which is hurting me a lot while walking and during sleep. Any cool ointment for it to get heal.

Photos of the rash needs to be shown..so that exact diagnosis can be made weather its bacterial or fungal rashes or just because of sweat and skin irritation.. accordingly ointment and medicine will be taken
