I saw this red pimple like painless dot in the inner cheek i dont know when it appeared or how i had my surgical extraction of lower wisdom tooth a month ago but this i saw today. It is bright red dot painless. Should i be concerned about the same.

Your pictures are not clear.It maybe caused due to sharp tooth edges.if its painful or it progresses you can visit nearby dentist.there’s nothing to be worried about
Looks like cheek bite.
