Hi dear Paracetamol will just help in bringing down the fever and not in finding the cause. Don't take topcef O until u know it's a bacterial infection and not viral. Very high grade fever does cause all the things that u have mentioned so with paracetamol do sponging on her body with ice water so that the fever will subside quickly. If fever keeps on persisting then we need to do additional test to find out it's cause. Please consult on practo so that we can discuss the complaints  more and I will be able to guide u what to do next Take care

Fever is protective mechanism of our body and paracetamol help to cut the uneasiness caused by fever. Consult physician and run some tests to rule out dengue/ malaria if it is prevalent in your locality and then proceed accordingly.
