Hello.... Definitely  you can go for root canal treatment. There wont be any side effects  on RCT. If you are uncomfortable during that time better to postpone

There's no issue as such. But if you're generally uncomfortable during your period due to the cramps or just a general discomfort you can push your appointment ahead till you're on day 4/ 5 of your period where you'll be more at ease.

Hello You can definitely go for your root canal treatment. It will not have any effect both ways. It's just that if you are uncomfortable or you have any muscle cramps then you can get your appointment delayed but otherwise treatment wise or health wise there is no side effect or bad effect of the treatment on the periods as such. So yes you can definitely go for the treatment

Nothing directly related to the treatment, so you may get it. Although, if you aren't comfortable waiting or sitting on a dental chair for a bit long time, (which is a possibility), you could get it done after few days.
Health Tips
if the pain is severe, and tablets are not helping, get the treatment started.
