Is it good to have raw foods at night like a salad?  Is it good for someone with digestion issues? What type of salads can be eaten?

Hi Everyone has a different type of food preferences . It's better to eat accordingly . Raw vegetables can be taken at night but if you are not able to digest so better not to take . Hi It's fine to have raw foods at night like salad but not on a regular basis. As every nutrients is important, you can combine the Salad with carbs and protein sources. And yes who have digestive issues raw salad may not suit them. For that they can steam or saute the veggies.
