Raulfia serpentine 10 drops thrice a day
I have high blood pressure taking TELMA LN 40 morning and CILAMET XL 25 evening. Still bp around 140/90 plus. All blood reports and TMT normal. Felling dizziness and headache at back side of the head regularly. Consulted one homeopathy doctor and suggested to take Raulfia serpentine 10 drops thrice a day and R29 10 drops morning. After one month I stopped R29 . From last six months onwards I am taking Raulfia serpentine. With this my dizziness reduced still sometimes fell dizzy but I am managing and headache also controlled to some extent. Can I continue Raulfia serpentine 10 drops thrice a day long time may be next three to four years does it cause any kidney or lever problems. Do we have any better medicine for blood pressure and dizziness. If we have any medicine for only dizziness which can take long time any suggestions.

For this case, I would not recommend continuing Rauwolfia serpentina 10 drops TDS for years without medical supervision, particularly because he is already taking two antihypertensive medicines and still has BP around 140/90. You can see the good results within 4 months. I can track of your bp and your medicine will be tapered

Any medicine taken for long time can start producing its symptoms which is a kind of drug proving... They might not be severe... but can cause issues...
If you are happy with the partial relief then you may continue... But if you wish to feel healthy again then take proper homoeopathic treatemnt.

Homeopathic medicines do not guarantee controlling blood pressure immediately or over a shorter period of time, as in your case the blood pressure is on the higher side consistently.
In your case... dosage correction is needed in terms of antihypertensive drugs.

I understand your concern, especially because you are only 33 and are still having BP readings around 140/90 along with intermittent dizziness and headaches despite taking Telma-LN 40 and Cilamet XL 25. Since your BP is not consistently at the desired level and you are having recurrent dizziness, it would be better not to simply continue medicines on your own for the next 3â4 years without reassessment. Rauwolfia serpentina can have blood-pressure-lowering effects, but it is not possible to say that a particular preparation or dose is completely safe for several years. Rauwolfia preparations containing reserpine have been associated with low BP, slow heart rate, drowsiness, nasal congestion and, importantly, mood/depressive symptoms. The evidence for long-term safety of the specific 10-drops-thrice-daily preparation you are taking is also insufficient.
Because your dizziness is continuing, it is important to first determine whether it is related to BP itself, a fall in BP after medication, heart rate changes, an inner-ear/vestibular problem, migraine, dehydration or another cause. I would recommend keeping a BP and pulse diary for several days, including readings when you feel dizzy, and discussing the results with your physician/cardiologist. Kidney function, electrolytes and urine testing are also routinely assessed in people with hypertension. Please do not stop Telma-LN or Cilamet XL suddenly and do not add or increase Rauwolfia without your treating doctor's supervision. If the headache becomes sudden/severe or is associated with weakness, difficulty speaking, vision changes, fainting, chest pain or severe vomiting, seek urgent medical attention. Take it once in the evening rather than three times , if you have occipital headache and dizziness you may ad glonoine 200 in the morning in 30 size globules , controlled Blood pressure will substantially reduce chances of any heart or kidney conditions in future .

You Can continue Rauwolfia q for some time..but I recommend to consult a homeopathic doctor because taking only that will not help..you have to correct your system which only be possible if consulted. No it will not cause any kidney liver problems but hypertension if still increasing it will effect kidney.
