Rashes due to sanitary pads
I use pure cotton pads from stayfree, and use double pads (front and back two in a row) due to heavy flow but every pad that I have tried leaves me with unbearable rashes making it difficult to even walk. I tried cups etc and I'm not comfortable at all - I regularly change pads in a day - is there a rash cream that help ease this almost immediately or earliest and any other suggestions/ alternations?

If u have to use two pads, means flow is heavy, u should be evaluated for the cause of this. Get an ultrasound of pelvis done. Excessive moisture can lead to rashes. Plz connect for a proper evaluation or meet a local gynaec

Please get your sonography of the lower abdomen done and consult with a Gynaecologist. The solution to your problem lies in reducing the amount of blood flow during your periods so that you don't have to use two pads in a row . It may be difficult to ensure proper hygiene if you use two pads in a row.
