You need a physical examination to rule out vaginal ulceration or excoriation and further management.

Consult gynecologist or dermatologist to get checked . There maybe superadded infection over the rash. You need to take antibacterial plus antifungal (topical plus oral) if they suspect. Kindly rule out STD(Sexually Transmitted Infections) also if you are sexually active. Use cotton pads instead of synthetic pads . And proper pubic hair removal also helps to prevent pad rashes.
