What if get rabies vaccination 5 month ago but my dog bite me again Do I have to take vaccine again

Beyond 3 month window you need to vaccinated on day 0 and day 3. If you have taken tt previously or got immunised with td then you do not need tt vaccination.

If u have taken 5 months ago, you don’t need to repeat.the whole schedule. But you should receive two booster doses on days 0 and 3

As per the guidelines, since you're beyond the 3 month cutoff, you ideally need to be revaccinated with the Rabies vaccine. However, you will only need to be vaccinated on Day 0 and Day 3.
Next Steps
Get Rabies Vaccine - Day 0 and Day 3 Wound Care TT booster if not vaccinated already at age of 10.

No need of vaccination as u already vaccinated only five months ago u r safe upto 9-10 months in India. U can go for injection TT one ample intramuscular in deltoid region. Clean up the wound with antiseptic solution.

Yes... You have to. Take TT. Usually it gives protection for 6 months.
