Your RFFIT titre of 7.5 IU/mL indicates excellent immunity (protective level is >0.5 IU/mL). In such cases, you don’t need full ARV post-exposure prophylaxis. However, as per WHO and NCDC guidelines, after re-exposure, it’s still advised to take two booster doses of rabies vaccine (on day 0 and 3) — no need for RIG. For a personalized plan based on your exact exposure type and health status, you can take direct consultation with me on WhatsApp at nine three two six zero two zero five nine six — I’ll guide you precisely.
