A series of 4 shots of anti-rabies vaccine is needed to complete the treatment. On 0 day (day on exposure) , 3th day , 7th day and 14 th day is likely to induce an adequate,long-lasting antibody response that is able to neutralize rabies virus and prevent disease in exposed patients.
