I had taken tetanus shot in June 2023 how long it is valid I had a cut yesterday should I take again.is the shot valid for 5 years

Tetanus shot immunity will only last for 6 months. repeat your TT shot.
Tetanus has very high mortality and there is no drug available to cure tetanus once it occurs.
So prevention is better than cure. Take a TT shot from nearby hospital
