Question for height increase
Hello sir/ma'am M 18 yr old girl...i m gonna be 19 after 4 months.. my current height is 5.1 so Is it possible to increase height after 18 year???

Height of the person depends on what genes and DNA they inherited from their parents. As you can see, you will hardly ever find a Gorkha who is a six footer. What I want to say is that you can tone up your body by exercise and well toned up body looks tall because they walk with a proper stance. Otherwise it is not possible to gain height by good diet and vitamins and minerals. But still you should take all vitamin and mineral supplements, good diet. You should take part in outdoor activities especially stretching exercises.

Females usually stop growing a couple of years after starting of menstruation and that is their growth spurt. So, the height doesn't grow much after the age of 16. You need to mention the height of your parents and genetics play a major role here.

Possible.. Go for protein diet and strteching exercise... But it depends on hight of your parents... If any body of them. Has hight than it's possible
